Booking Conditions - Terms & Conditions
- 25% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT will be required to confirm Bookings.
- Once a final numbers have been confirmed 72 hours prior to the tour. Any decrease in numbers will be charged the confirmed amount.
- Cancellations: Once the deposit is received and the booking confirmed by us, the deposit becomes non-refundable upon cancellation. The Total Cost of Hire will be charged for a cancellation made on the day of Hire.
- For Weddings, a Minimum of 3 consecutive hours car hire applies.
- We will undertake to transport a reasonable amount of luggage. If however, in the judgment of our chauffeur, the volume and weight is excessive, we reserve the right to refuse the carriage of the said luggage.
- We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to clients' property whilst in the car(s).
- We shall hold customers responsible for any damage done to the vehicle by customers including, but not limited to, cigarette burns, breakage, missing glasses and stains, etc.
- We accept credit cards as payment. Please note 2% surcharge applies to Visa and Mastercard. 3% surcharge applies to Amex.
- No Red wine , red sparkling and food to be consumed in the vehicles.
- Under government regulations any vehicle fitted with seat belts must be worn at all times.
- Additional time will be charged at applicable rates.
- Airport Transfers are allowed one ten minute stop only, additional stops will be charged accordingly.
- Drivers have the right to refuse entry for any drunkiness or abuse. Tour will be cancelled straight away for any misconduct.
- A cleaning fee of $100 will be charged for any sickness in the vehicle and is the responsibility of the person whom booked the hiring.
- $30 surcharge applies to any booking between midnight and 6.00am
